Sunland Village has two separate recreation centers, North Complex & South Complex, located at each end of the Village. The North Complex is the main recreation center & the South Complex is the smaller center, but has the larger fitness center, and is also the location of the pickleball and bocce ball courts.

There are many crafts and activity rooms: Arts & Crafts, Ceramics, Woodshop, Lapidary, Sewing, Stained Glass, and more.

With a large dance floor, full kitchen and plenty of space for the community’s “Top Notch” Showtime Performances.
FITNESS CENTERS
Fitness facilities in both the North and South recreation centers.
GAME & RECREATION ROOMS
Billiards room, card rooms, computer lab, library, poker room, lounge areas.
HEATED POOLS
Heated outdoor pools are located in both the North and South recreation centers.

Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and even a softball field are all available.

GOLF CLUB & RESTAURANT
An 18-hole executive course is owned by the HOA, and is open to the public. There is a Fat Willy’s casual restaurant at the golf club for golfers and non-golfers.
