Active Adult Retirement Community in Sun Lakes, AZ

Sun Lakes has so many amenities and activities that it would be impossible to list them all here. You can see photos of each clubhouse by going to our Galleries tab. There are literally hundreds of clubs and interest groups, so you’re sure to find something that peaks your curiosity.

On paper, all three HOAs pretty much list the same basic amenities, but they will vary as to how extravagant or updated the facilities will be. Because Iron/Oaks is the largest and most recently built, the facilities are as well. All of the HOAs are continually updating their facilities to keep them attractive and relevant.
