Trilogy at Vistancia opened for sales in February 2004. They are still building, so you have the option of getting a brand new to-be-built home or if you don't want to wait, you can purchase a home that is just a couple years old.

All homes are single-level and range from 1314 sq. ft. - 3037 sq. ft. There are 15 moels to choose from. Pricing ranges are $267,000 - $520,000. Base prices do not include lot premiums, upgrades, design center options, etc.

FEES: are $452/quarterly for basic HOA. Golf memberships have additional monthly fees.
