- One-Time Capital Assessment Fee equally to one year's HOA is imposed on the purchase of all residential property. The monies generated by this assessment are used to upgrade and improve facilities as well as to modernize facilities.
- Annual HOA ranges from $736/yr to $1600/yr. This entitles the property owner to full use of all recreation centers and access to public golf courses and bowling centers. Actual green fees are extra.
