Beauty, amenities and improvements cost money, so Aliante will have some fees you might not be considering in your budget. In addition to the community association fee for Sun City Aliante, which is projected to be $800/yr. when all amenities are completed, there will also be a $40 a month fee for the Aliante master plan as well as an S.I.D fee of $8,000 per home. This Special Improvement District fee is an assessment that will attach to every home and will be paid off over a period of 20 years. This is to pay for roads, parks ect. in the master Aliante community.
