Solera at Stallion Mountain is Del Webb’s newest active adult community in Las Vegas, for adults age 55 and better. It opened in July 2005 and is expected to have 840 homes at completion. Set amongst the private 18-hole Stallion Mountain Country Club, Solera offers residents a serene environment within the Stallion Mountain guarded gates.

Solera is a collection of homes separated from the larger Stallion Mountain Country Club.  There is a guard gate at the entrance to Stallion Mountain. Once inside the main Stallion Mountain gate, there will be a second artfully designed gated entry into the Solera at Stallion Mountain community, providing a sense of arrival for residents. All the communities in Stallion Mountain are in the proximity of the private Stallion Mountain Country Club.

Solera residents benefit from golf course membership options into the private Stallion Mountain Country Club, as well as an exclusive community center built just for Solera homeowners, including club and hobby rooms, pool, tennis, bocce courts and plenty of open space.

Buyers can select from five models ranging from 1,155 to 1,716 sq. ft., and priced from $175,000 - $231,000 (base prices do not include lot premiums, options, design center upgrades, etc).

Stallion Mountain Golf Club offers three  18-hole courses. A private, gated facility with about 300 members that's operated by EAGL Golf, Stallion Mountain Country Club is available for group outings of upwards of 200 golfers. Also, guests at Preferred Partner hotels have access to tee times. Fee range from $65 - $195 per round.

Homeowners have access to membership into The Stallion Mountain Country Club, a private golf course facility that is not affiliated with Solera or Del Webb.

Stallion Mountain Country club offers three full-private golf membership plans. All golf membership plans include full private club privileges, social calendar, tournaments, guest privileges and unlimited use of the practice facilities.

A social membership plan is also available and includes full private club privileges and social calendar.
