Engle Homes completed about 895 of the 2,200 available homesites at Province in Maricopa before filing for bankruptcy in January 2008. Meritage offers a choice of nine different floorplans, ranging from 1,214 sq ft to 2,419 sq ft., and models four of the nine plans.
