• When you submit an inquiry about a community, your informaiton will be forwarded to an agent (only one agent), who is an expert in the community you have requested information about, and with whom we have established a professional relationship and contractual agreement.

• To comply with any legal actions like a court order, to enforce our user agreement/terms and conditions for the Agent/Broker Sites or to protect the safety and security of guests and our site.

We will let you know at the time the information is collected if such third-party sharing is anticipated, by redirecting you to a "Thank You" page after your inquiry that will clearly state to whom your request has been forwarded.

We will share personal data only with those who have agreed to follow policies that share our high standards of privacy.


Why are you referring me to another Agent/Broker?

The Greater Phoenix area, including Casa Grande and other areas beyond Maricopa County encompasses a very wide geographic area. Because the website covers the entire area, we found it impossible to continue to provide the highest levels of service to our clients on our own.

In order to provide the highest level of service to our clients and those who submit inquiries through our site, we researched each community to find an agent that is truly knowledgeable and expert in that community. We then worked to establish professional relationships and contractual agreements for them to provide high levels of service and responsiveness to our inquiries, in return for a referral fee if you purchase real estate through them.

Our site is not a lead-generation site whose sole and primary purpose is to make money by selling your information (lead) to a number of providers for a set fee. Your information is provided only to the one agent who will manage inquiries to that community
