The Area Specialist for any particular community may need your name, street address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and zip/postal code, in order to forward information you've requested, but they will not collect more information than is necessary.

As an Advertiser on our site:

When you submit a request to advertise on our site, we will collect personal information about you, including your name, company information, telephone numbers, email address, personal website URLs, and other information that will help to promote your information and make it easy for site visitors to contact you for more information about a community, and also for us to contact you with questions, suggestions for improving your exposure and/or response rate.

Your credit card information is processed through Pay Pal, and is not retained in our files.

Cookies and Web Beacons

We do not use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site; however, our site host uses cookies to identify if you are a new visitor or a repeat visitor, and which pages have been accessed. • To comply with any legal actions like a court order, to enforce our user agreement/terms and conditions for the website or to protect the safety and security of guests and our site.

Your request for information on any community will be directed to the Area Specialist. We will let you know the name and affilliation of the agent that will respond to your request at the time your inquiry is submitted, by redirecting you to a "Thank You" page after your inquiry that will clearly state to whom your request has been forwarded. If there is no Area Specialist identified, we may be unable to answer your questions about a particular community. It is suggested that you contact another Area Specialist in the geographic area of the community for which you wish to inquire.

The "see homes for sale" link will also contain contact information for the Area Specialist.

In addition, Area Specialists have agreed to our terms and conditions, which include an anti-spam policy, and an agreement not to sell or rent any personal information obtained from inquiries through our site. We will share personal data only with those agents who have agreed to follow our high standards of privacy.

As a Visitor to our site, you can rest assured that GolfAt55.com will never sell or rent your information, or in any way disclose your information to anybody but an Area Specialist.

As an Area Specialist or Community Sponsor, we will maintain your information in a database and may contact you about such things as changes to our policies, pricing, added communities, etc.

Why are you referring me to an Area Specialist?

In order to provide the highest level of service to our clients and those who submit inquiries through our site, we researched each geographic area to find real estate agents that are truly knowledgeable and expert in the communities we showcase. We expect the agent to provide a high level of service and responsiveness to your inquiry. Each agent is paying to advertise the community showcased and we DO NOT receive a referral fee.

Our site is not a lead-generation site whose sole and primary purpose is to make money by selling your information (lead) to a number of providers for a set fee. Your information is provided only to the one agent who will manage inquiries for that community.
