Los Prados Country Club Community - LAS VEGAS, NV

The Los Prados Golf & Country Club Community is located in the northwest section of Las Vegas, about 12 miles from the center strip.

This guard-gated community has 1,358 homes divided into 22 different neighborhoods. About one-half of them are age-resitricted and the other half are open to families of all ages, although, because of the lifestyle, even the non-age restricted neighborhoods tend to attract more of the over 55 crowd than most family neighborhoods do.

Los Prados is a great community for avid golfers looking for a country club lifestyle without the country club prices. Golf is extremely reasonable here. The course is open to the public, but it is owned and operated by the Los Prados Community Association, so residents receive the best rates. Because so many residents are also members, they are their own biggest critics and keep the course in great shape. The course is also open to the public so it's no surprise that beautiful views, great service, and a well maintained course have made Los Prados a long time local favorite.

Los Prados was built from 1986 – 1999, so landscaping is more mature here, and the streets lined with tall trees gives the community an established and picturesque quality that’s often missing in the newer communities. Homes were built to surround the golf and country club, so many homes actually have golf course views. The majority of the community is detached single family homes, but there are also some townhomes available for those looking for a maintenance-free lifestyle.

This golf lover's paradise offers a quiet, casual atmosphere along with great amenities for when you’re not golfing. You can enjoy a beautiful clubhouse, two pools (one for adults only), tennis courts, lighted jogging trails, 24-hour guard gated security, and of course a restaurant and bar in the clubhouse.

Los Prados Golf Course is an 18-hole par 70 course. Annual passes can be purchased for year-round golfers, or pay per play options for part-time golfers.
