New home builders in Phoenix area 55+ retirement communities have adjusted their pricing in response to current and anticipated market demand. The two most notable changes are Trilogy at Vistancia, who increased their new home prices $30,000 – $80,000 and CantaMia, who decreased their pricing $40,000 – $85,000.
A successful short sale typically takes around 4-6 months to get an answer from the bank, and then you’ll have another 30 days to close after you get an approval from the bank. The key word being “successful,” because lots of short sale contracts just end up in limbo.
