CantaMia at Estrella - GOODYEAR, AZ 

CantaMia at Estrella in Goodyear, AZ opened for sales in 2010, and is the newest active adult community in the Greater Phoenix area. The acres of cool refreshing lakes and lushly landscaped grassy open spaces gives CantaMia residents and guests the feeling of arriving at a true desert oasis.

CantaMia residents will have full access to all of the Estrella amenities, including the Starpointe Recreation Center, Yacht Club, lake, and child-friendly parks and playgrounds, but CantaMia also has its own beautiful clubhouse that is exclusively for the CantaMia active adult residents.

This community was originally designed as Province at Estrella by Engle Homes, who had to cancel their opening of the community when their parent company, TOUSA filed for bankruptcy in 2008. The current developer, Avatar Homes, purchased the entire subdivision from the banks and moved forward with the originally modeled floorplans and designs for the massive and beautiful Tuscan-themed clubhouse.

CantaMia Golf & HOA Information

The Golf Club of Estrella is a Troon-managed course designed by Jack Nicklaus. They offer annual passes, seasonal passes, and weekday passes at very reasonal rates. Annual passes include full golf privileges, including golf cart and unlimited use of the practive facilities for $3,550 per person, or $5,750 for family passes. Guests of passholders play at discounted resident rates.
